Foodies rejoice! 'Taste of the Triangle' happening in Beaumont on Fat Tuesday. CentralITAlliance/Getty Images/iStockphoto The annual "Taste of the Triangle" is happening on February 21, Fat Tuesday, and touting live music, food trucks with no shortage of small bites from culinary dishes from restaurants representing the entire Southeast Texas region. Taste of the Triangle will be held at the downtown Beaumont Civic Center from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. General admission tickets are sold online at Ticketmaster for $30.
